we got straight to the location without a hitch all thanks to the co driver! haha. but we cant get anywhere without the driver and we cant survive without the wonderful home cooked lunch. it was one awesome experience! kota tinggi is somewhere i'd go only once in my life and i'd feel contented already. next up, malacca a famosa?

yesterday while i was at the marina barrage, with the gusty cold wind blowing over, all i could think of how would my 2009 be. it's definitely not about all those new year's resolution shit but its rather to how i want to make this year beneficial so that i could support my 2010 dreams.

the truth about studying overseas is that it requires a hefty amount of money, around 28 k per year, even my family has voiced out that the savings they have wouldnt be sufficient to cover the expenses. next option would definitely be local, i know everyones saying, try local. first thing first, a gpa below 3.5 i dont think i have a chance to even step into any of the universities especially in a science course and i'm thinking if theres a miracle that i ever get accepted, it would mean that i am unable to achieve my dream, the path leads to a diversion. hejing tells me i should take the risk and see where fate might take me. while fatimah tells me one step at a time and sometimes, you wont be able to get what you want in life.

i'm at crossroads, i cant even get a job in the pharmacy.
good luck to those who already got a job or secured their future, for this year at least.
the only future i could see is next week and it doesnt concern anything about a job or study

as usual, with holidays, i lose touch with time and day, totally didnt realise today is monday, the first day of CNY. anyway, having a frisbee session over at west coast later this afternoon. i really dknw how i ended up gonna play with 4 physically fit NS men and ofcourse, with my part time boyfriend as well. its seriously getting into me. i told bestfriend that before i sleep, i pray that i'd wake up in a fitter body so that i cld look more appropriate for the game. lol. this fat ass with boys who takes NAPFA test every other day? kecho! so unfortunately, this morning i woke up looking the same. but i know i want to kick up some ass later in the game :D cheer for me everyone!

oh btw, today we are having an eclipse (not a movie, the real thing in the sky) at late 4pm to late 6pm. catch it if you're free alright!

caution. a heavy wordy post.

okay i can finally say i have graduated from RP. have been counting down to this moment and now that its over, i wish i could have one more week of school to spend time with everyone. so anyway, the last week of school was filled with skipping class. haha i know. so much so for savouring the last moments of school (as planned with fatimah! haha) but it was all well spent with my closest group of friends, some ive known for more than a year, some less then 6 months. it was all good, the bonding we've shared never been better and i sincerely hope to see this bunch of friends at every reunions/outings we're gonna have.



yesterday was a fair share of meeting almost everyone up in style. gorgeous dresses and colourful shirts were on. ofcourse, my girls and i were fashionably late but we sure did arrive in style :D i put on my best dress which my mother sew for me and received compliments on how awesomely good it was on me (thanks mama, i can never thank you enough). i have to say that the best dressed wasnt really best dressed and i thought my friends were wayy better. but i told each and everyone of them they looked beautiful and we dont need such awards to make as feel good. we know we are always the best (:

right after, had a chillout session. almost everyone did with their group of friends and pretty scattered around town. i wasnt expecting this crowd of people to hang out with but i was glad im stuck with all of you. we started discussing on our first impressions, opinions on our attitudes, advices for future, where do we see each other 5 years down the road. i got teary when we gave a parting graduation message to each other. i was touched on how much ive touched their lives, they've touched mine and we've built a beautiful comfort zone all around us filled with love, respect and so much care you didnt know it even existed.

later that night, bestfriend and some friends came down for a mini graduation celebration for us(: just like what we did last year together for their graduation, they wanted to continue the tradition this year. so we went to lau pa sat for dinner and the boys bought a cake for us. once again, felt very grateful to the thought they've put in to get this dinner together. they even tried baking a cake for us but it failed. its the thoughts that counts really and i have to say baking is just not a boy thing. hee. ah, not forgetting a graduation gift from bestfriend, a pink shawl. totally wasnt expecting anything. the whole night kicked off well till the whole chocolate cake dropped from my hand on my pretty dress. sheesh thats a whole new story all together.

oh, woke up with sore legs and i was thinking it must be my awkward sleeping positions. then i remembered that ive been walking around in my 4.5 inches river island heels almost the whole day and thats definitely comparable to doing any sports existed on earth. lol.

LAST DAY OF SCHOOL TOMORROW!

a real kick start to the new year, we went to explore pulau ubin. it's like trekking through the kampong then the forest, rocky, hilly tracks come. amazingly, it all leads to a beautiful scenary of an bright blue sea and plenty of greeneries. i was glad that the weather was pretty good throughout the journey except for when we were packing our lunch, it got a little too dark. it started pouring halfway through but the boys wanted to cycle through the rain. as i was wearing white, my dear bestfriend was kind enough to pass me his army windbraker(lol).
